Ingredients :
2 chicken Breast, Skinless, Boneless
Salt & pepper
Pareve Margarine, 1 tablespoon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup natural unsweetened juice
1 red onion
1 garlic
Directions :
Create sauce :
mix garlic and red onion on food processor, add juice while processing. then add honey and half of the pecans. Slowly process until smooth
put to skillet, stirring and scrapping any brown bits from the pan.
Cooking :
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
Put margarine on large Pan and heat with medium - high
Fry chicken breast, flip until brown each side. then reduce heat to low
Sprinkle the remaining pecans over the chicken, add sauce, heat the pan to a simmer, the reduce heat to low, cover and then cook for 10 - 20 minutes.
